If you are not satisfied with our services, you may claim your refund within 24 hours of the payment made by you by writing to support@astroparivar.com. The refund amount will be either credited to your Astroparivar wallet or to the original payment source within 7 working days.
Please note that the refund will be processed only once for each user and repetitive refund requests will not be entertained. If you have already claimed a refund once, you will not be eligible for any further refunds for the use of any Astroparivar services.
It shall be the sole discretion of Astroparivar to determine the credibility of a refund request, and Astroparivar reserves the absolute right to accept or deny such requests depending upon the nature of the claim.
Astroparivar is committed to delivering high-quality astrological consultation services. As these services are personalized and time-bound, replacements are not applicable.
No refund or cancellation shall be processed if the User provides incorrect information. The User agrees to exercise due care while submitting any information related to their concern and must re-check the details before hiring an astrologer.
Astroparivar shall not process any refund or cancellation if the User provides an incorrect contact number while opting for the “Talk to Astrologer” feature. Users are advised to ensure that their mobile number is reachable, in full network coverage, and that they answer the call when received.
Astroparivar shall not be liable for any refund or cancellation for calls that get connected successfully.
At present, the “Talk to Astrologer” service is available only in India. Non-residents of India shall not be entitled to any refund if they add money to their Astroparivar wallet to avail this service. Astroparivar holds no liability in such cases.
Members and Users should not rely upon or make any legal, medical, health-related, financial, or other important decisions based on the guidance provided by an astrologer. Astroparivar does not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or outcome of any astrological advice or remedies suggested.
Taking advice or consultation from astrologers on Astroparivar is entirely at the User’s discretion and free will. Astroparivar shall not issue any refund on such grounds.
In case of payment failure or timeout due to server, network, or technical issues on the Astroparivar website/application or the associated payment gateway, the User is required to first verify whether the amount has been debited from their bank account.
If the amount has been debited, the User must contact us at support@astroparivar.com to notify and confirm the payment. If the amount has not been debited, the User may attempt to process the payment again.
Astroparivar shall not be liable if a User makes multiple payments for a single session with an astrologer. Any excess amount paid shall be credited to the User’s Astroparivar wallet. Charges shall apply strictly as per the service availed.
Astroparivar reserves the complete discretion to refuse or cancel any chat or call session request made by a User for any reason whatsoever. Such cancellation may occur due to pricing updates, service unavailability, technical issues, or any other operational reason.
If a User has already paid for a service that is subsequently cancelled, the deducted amount shall be credited back to the User’s Astroparivar wallet.
If any User engages in abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language on the platform or while interacting with astrologers through chat, call, or messages, it shall result in immediate termination of the User’s Astroparivar account and seizure of the entire wallet balance. No refund or claim shall be entertained in such circumstances.
If any Member or User violates any provision of the Astroparivar Terms of Use, the account shall be terminated with immediate effect, and the remaining wallet balance shall be seized and shall not be refunded.
