What is Astroparivar?
Astroparivar provides a guidance platform that allows Members to locate astrologers and seek guidance and advice from them. Astroparivar enables one-on-one communication between users and astrologers through direct consultations (chat or call) and messages, and allows users to pay for services purchased from astrologers.
The call feature of Astroparivar, i.e., “Talk to Astrologer”, is currently available only in India.

It is the sole responsibility of the Members/Users to verify an astrologer’s identity, credentials, qualifications, licenses, and biographical information. Astroparivar does not verify or guarantee such details and shall not be liable for the same.
Members acknowledge that astrologers are independent service providers and are neither employees nor agents of Astroparivar. Astroparivar does not assume responsibility for the conduct of any astrologer.
Astroparivar does not ascertain:
- The qualifications of an astrologer for any specific subject
- Whether an astrologer is accurately categorized
- Whether content posted by astrologers or members is relevant or accurate
ALL OPINIONS, ADVICE, GUIDANCE, RESPONSES, PREDICTIONS, OR INFORMATION PROVIDED BY ASTROLOGERS ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
Members should not rely on astrologer guidance for legal, medical, mental health, or financial decisions. Astroparivar strongly recommends consulting qualified professionals for such matters.

Acceptable Use
By using the Astroparivar website or application, you agree that:
- You are 18 years or older
- If found under 18, Astroparivar may terminate your account immediately
- Registration details provided must be accurate and up to date
- You consent to receiving calls even if registered under DND when using “Talk to Astrologer”
- You will not manipulate ratings or feedback systems
- You will not interfere with servers or attempt unauthorized access
- You will not use the platform for illegal activities
- You will not post abusive, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or unlawful content
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You will scan any files transferred via the platform for viruses
- You will not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
- You will not harass, stalk, threaten, or abuse astrologers or members
Violation of these rules may result in account termination and forfeiture of wallet balance without refund.

- Deals are valid for one session only
- Deals apply only to the selected astrologer
- Wallet balance is not affected by deal purchases
- Unused minutes are not refundable
- Refunds may be considered only if disconnection occurs within 1–2 minutes

- Offers may be modified or cancelled without notice
Modification & Termination of Services
Astroparivar may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without liability. Accounts may be terminated at Astroparivar’s discretion without refund.
Fees & Payments
- All interactions are billed through Astroparivar
- Users must add funds to their Astroparivar wallet
- Charges are calculated per minute and rounded up
- Astroparivar is not responsible for billing inaccuracies due to technical issues
- Wallet inactivity for six months may result in forfeiture of balance
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- 24-hour money-back guarantee (one-time only per user)
- Refunds are processed within seven working days
- No refunds for incorrect user-provided information
- No refunds for missed calls or wrong contact details
- No refunds for abusive behavior or policy violations
- Excess payments are credited to the wallet
- Cancelled sessions are refunded to the wallet
Privacy
- Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials
- Use of Astroparivar implies acceptance of the Privacy Policy
- Information may be disclosed to comply with legal obligations
- Users grant Astroparivar rights to use content shared on the platform
Access to User Account
Astroparivar may access user accounts to resolve complaints, investigate misuse, or improve service quality.
Third-Party Websites
Astroparivar is not responsible for third-party websites, content, policies, or services.
Ask Guruji Feature
“Ask Guruji” is a virtual astrologer providing AI-based astrological insights strictly for entertainment purposes only. Astroparivar does not guarantee accuracy or outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property belongs to Astroparivar or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Astroparivar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Indemnification
Members agree to indemnify and hold Astroparivar harmless against claims arising from misuse, non-payment, content submission, or policy violations.
